Master goldsmith Anke AMO Akerboom and artist Mirko Krabbe join their multifaceted forces. They both master many artisan disciplines in a manner that is profoundly moving. At Masterly -The Dutch in Milano- tableware is raised to a whole new level. Sleek design leads to honest objects that can simply be used. The collection consists of cutlery and napkin rings, folded from a piece of aluminium. It resulted in a nomination for the European Aluminium Award. Salad or tarte tatin servers make for inviting conversation pieces at the dining table. Objects of silver and copper are also introduced. Will they move on to bracelets and rings next?
